What is Energy Healing ?

​This is a healing modality which works with the energy flow and subtle energy layers of the bio or energy field. Emotional and mental stress stores in our energy bodies and blocks the vital energy flow needed for healing, health and wellbeing. Clearing, balancing and aligning the energy bodies, restores energy flow and impacts how we feel - leading to a more ALIGNED & THRIVING LIFE !

 

How I work ?

Together we will discuss your challenges and set intentions for the session. I will give you an assessment of your energy field and chakras for you to understand what your energy body looks like, before and after the session. I use hands on healing, bringing through an intuitive healing frequency which moves energy between the chakras and layers of the body's energy field. I work with my hands above the body, as well as in contact with the body. However, I can make no physical contact with the body is this is preferred.

 

It is recommended to have 3 sessions to make more lasting impact. Deeper work can often require ongoing care to reset ingrained patterns. Energy healing session can also be very effective used in combination with the counselling therapy I offer. If you are interested, we can design a treatment plan that works for you.

Distant Healing Sessions :

Distant healing sessions are available. Sessions are held just like an in-person session, you will need to be present, relaxed and laying down in a safe and quiet space. I will call you before the healing to discuss your needs and set goals together, and I will call again afterwards to share feedback about the session.
