​My counselling work is committed to helping individuals to overcome emotional-mental-physical struggle. This includes reclaiming all parts of self to create a deeper sense of wholeness, wisdom and empowerment. I believe that deeply strengthening the mind-body-spirit connection is a key to powerful transformative change.

I have a background in wellness, energy healing and the creative arts. Over many decades, I have followed a path supporting people in wellness. My work has incorporated various forms of body therapies, energy healing, promoting herbs, natural plant medicine, health and creative expression.

​

I have lived in the Northern Rivers area for over 22 years. I am a proud mother of two wonder-filled children. I feel passionate about painting, dance and attuning to the natural rhythms and cycles of life.​ I have spent many years living on land, growing food, and creating art.​ I find joy in the natural world, artistic expression and the sense of connection it brings.

On a personal level, counselling has offered me support through significant life changes. Counselling support has helped me gain deeper insights into myself, ingrained patterns, and has contributed to significant growth and transformation in my life. It is an honour to offer counselling support to others seeking to thrive more fully in their lives.​​​​
